I made a stop at Standard after a recent show I had in Atlanta and saw this shirt. It is part of the Softwear Collection, a partnership between Microsoft and Rapper/Actor Common.

There are a few things I liked about the shirt:

- I love when different items are fused together as a collage to make a bigger image.

- I’ve always been into Common since I first got put on to “Like Water for Chocolate”

- I don’t advertise this much but my DOB is 9/18/85

I had a dilemma at the store though. I am a diehard Apple supporter and if you can peek closely at the shirt you will see it is made up of various Microsoft icons, phrases and logos such as I ♥ PC. I was torn. The shirt is so fresh but I feel like If I were to buy it I would never be able to walk in an Apple store again, talk to someone about the key 3.0 software updates, laugh at the apple vs pc commercials and repeatedly bash someone for being in my presence with a PC. I would feel like a traitor. After consulting with my friend who was with me, another avid Apple user I gave in and wound up buying the shirt. I know, I know. I broke under pressure. All that to say, now I have a dope t shirt with no sneakers and hat to match. If any of you see anything let me know.
